DMCA Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Our platform complies with the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which can be accessed at the U.S. Copyright Office website: http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf. We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used or copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information to us:

Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on their behalf.
Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of Infringing Material: Details about the material alleged to be infringing, including information sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., a URL).
Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: A written statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
Accuracy and Authorization Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that the removed material is not infringing, or that you have the necessary rights to post it, you may submit a counter-notice. Please include the following information in your counter-notice:

Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (including your full legal name).
Identification of Removed Content: Specify the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
Good Faith Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of an error or misidentification.
Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Additionally, include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright complaint.

Process After Receiving a Counter-Notice

If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward it to the party who originally claimed infringement and notify them that we intend to reinstate the removed content. Unless the original claimant files a legal action seeking a court order to prevent the content's restoration, the content may be reinstated within 10-14 business days after the counter-notice is received, at our sole discretion.

Legal Consequences

Please note that submitting false claims or counter-notices may have legal consequences. If you knowingly make a false or bad faith claim, you could be subject to liability in your country for damages.

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, we may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
